What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 1:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM.
What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, lunch from 12:30 to 1:45 PM, and dinner from 7:30 to 8:45 PM.
Do you offer gluten-free meals or options for other food intolerances?
Yes, our kitchen prepares meals for allergies, intolerances and specific dietary needs. Please inform the reception upon arrival or when booking.
I have a small child — can you prepare baby food?
Our kitchen prepares baby meals using either hotel ingredients or those provided by guests. Service times: lunch at 12:15 PM, dinner at 7:15 PM.
Are drinks included with meals?
Only mineral water is included with meals. Other drinks are available for purchase: at the reception you can buy a Drink Card of any value, also valid for orders at the beach and by the pool.
How does the light lunch work?
Guests on full board can choose, as an alternative to lunch in the restaurant, a light lunch on the beach (snacks and cold dishes). The service must be booked at reception by 10:00 AM.
Can non-guests have lunch or dinner at the hotel?
Yes. The cost is € 29.00 per meal, mineral water included.
Do you have parking?
The hotel has 20 free parking spaces, not bookable and subject to availability. Alternatively, you can request a ticket at the reception to park in the blue-line public spaces at a discounted daily rate.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free both in the common areas and in all rooms.
Is the beach service included?
The beach service with one umbrella and two sun loungers, from the fourth row back, is included only with half board and full board stays. In all other cases it is available for a fee, with prices varying based on period, number of days and chosen row.
Is there a surcharge for the front rows at the beach?
Yes: first row € 15.00 per day, second row € 10.00 per day, third row € 5.00 per day.
Is the swimming pool free to use?
The swimming pool is free for all guests and open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs and cats are welcome at no extra charge, but they are not allowed in the restaurant or on the beach.
How much is the city tax?
The city tax is € 1.80 per person per night, applied to guests from age 14 and up, for the first seven nights only. It applies from May to September included.
Is there a safe in the room?
All our rooms are equipped with a safe. The key is provided at reception on request.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, beach towels are available free of charge.
Are the tennis courts free?
Yes, the use of the tennis courts is free for all guests, by booking at the reception.
How far is the hotel from the train station?
The hotel is 4 km from the Cervia train station.
Do you have special deals with Mirabilandia?
Yes, we can purchase Mirabilandia entrance tickets at a discounted rate on behalf of our guests.
How far is the hotel from Mirabilandia?
The hotel is 8 km from Mirabilandia theme park.
How far is the hotel from the Cervia Thermal Baths?
The hotel is 4 km from the Cervia Thermal Baths.
How far is the hotel from the town centre?

Do you offer a shuttle service to and from Bologna airport or train station?
Yes, we offer a shuttle service to and from Bologna airport and train station. The cost is € 180.00 per one-way trip.
Do you offer a shuttle service to and from Rimini airport or train station?
Yes, we offer a shuttle service to and from Rimini airport and train station. The cost is € 90.00 per one-way trip.
Do you have bicycles available?
The hotel has around ten bicycles available free of charge, non-exclusive and subject to availability. Lock keys must be requested at reception and returned after each use.
Do you have rooms for 5 people?
Our rooms accommodate a maximum of 4 people. For larger families, we offer two connecting rooms.
